Morrissey Engineering’s 4940 Building is the first building in Nebraska to be awarded LEED® Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the highest level of certification achievable.
The building meets some of the highest performance standards possible for energy efficiency and environmentally-friendly practices set by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.
