The project involved complete replacement of existing runway MIRLs with new underground conduit and conductors for 3600' runway 16/34, including a 600' runway extension. The project also included new counterpoise with grounding rods, replacement of existing runway lighting regulator and the relocation of existing PAPIs to accommodate runway widening.
