Avera McKennan Medical Office Building

Avera McKennan Medical Office Building project involved core and shell and tenant improvement packages for an 85,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant building. Included in the design were offices, rehabilitation centers, fitness centers, and various types of medical procedure rooms. A sky link and auditorium were also part of the design of this project.
