Located in Valley, Nebraska , Morrissey Engineering designed the mechanical and electrical systems for this new 36,000 sq. ft. YMCA. The center includes:
- Community Meeting Room for use by local businesses and residents and teen center
- 7500 sq. ft. natatorium with zero depth pool, lap pool, water slide and water features such a spray nozzles and mushroom
- 1200 sq. ft. child care room with adjacent covered and fenced in outdoor play area
- Full fitness center and weight training area
- Double gymnasium and kids/family gym
YMCA - Blair YMCA
Blair, NE
Located in Blair, NE, Morrissey Engineering designed this 45,000 sq. ft. building with state-of-the art features. Some of the features of this modern YMCA will include:
- 6-lane competition lap and zero depth pool
- Aerobic center with spring loaded floor and full state of the art audio system
- Full locker room facilities with optional separate family/individual rooms for those needing privacy
- Full fitness center and weight training area with special stretching areas. Wellness programs will also be offered
- Double gymnasium
