Morrissey Engineering was retained to provide design services for TD Ameritrade’s new headquarters facility located in the Old Mill area in Omaha, Neb.  This 12 story high rise includes raised floor office space with under floor air distribution.  The building is Registered LEED New Construction and is pursing LEED Platinum certification.
