Morrissey Engineering was retained to provide mechanical, electrical, and technology design and commissioning services for TD Ameritrade's new headquarters facility located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Features of the facility include:

• 455,000 SF

• 230 foot tall building

• Goal to achieve LEED Platinum environmental   certification

• Completion date October 2012
