Morrissey Engineering partnered on this new construction project to build a five-story office building featuring an all-glass façade and energy-efficient design. With visibility along the West Dodge Expressway, this office building at 133rd & California Streets in the Bank of the West Business Park features an 85'tall neon exterior digital art display.

Exterior Digital Art Display features:
  • Architectural design to include a programmable lighting control system to create custom light shows and effects
  • 85' tall neon structure located on the east side of the building
  • 11 vertical pillars of light
  • 1,000 lights on the east side of the building
  • Every 8" can display a different light, giving the option to display over a million different light variations. yes
  • Color-changing lights in the stairwells create a glow from the inside as well.
