    Omaha, NE

    Morrissey Engineering is providing the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering design services for this new construction apartment building located just south of Old Market area.

  • Midtown Crossing & Element Hotel

    Omaha, NE

    Morrissey Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, technology and security design for the Midtown Crossing project located east of the Mutual of Omaha headquarters at 33rd and Dodge St. in Omaha.

  • The Bank

    Omaha, NE

    Morrissey Engineering is providing the mechanical and electrical engineering design services to renovate the existing Farm Credit Building from mixed-use commercial space into 106 apartment units, with the two lower levels remaining mixed-use commercial tenant space.

  • The Highline

    Omaha, NE

    Morrissey Engineering provided the design services for this 15-story building located across from the Joslyn Art Museum and Central High School.  The building was constructed in phases from 1955-1957.

    Morrissey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for all phases of this skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

  • Hillcrest Country Estates

    Papillion, NE

    Morrissey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for Phase I and Phase II of this skilled nursing housing development. Each cottage contains 11 private suites, each with its own bathroom and shower, and one two bedroom grand suite. The campus is in a rural setting that provides beautiful views in all directions.
