Metro Community College Fort Omaha Campus, Phase II

With the goal of bringing students and industry together to benefit both, MCC expanded their Fort Omaha Campus with the addition of three new academic buildings and one new central plant covering over 18 acres. Morrissey Engineering was part of the design team and provided engineering services on these buildings recognized as the biggest capital expansion in its 42 years. Additionally, the three academic buildings received LEED Gold Certification.

Awards

The Construction Education Center (CEC) building won a 2018 IES Illumination Award of Merit for Interior Lighting
