Description
Morrissey Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. The successful candidate will work directly with architects, interior designers, building owners, etc., to develop mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clients and staff to develop mechanical designs for various project types and sizes for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Maintains involvement in all facets of building engineering from the concept stage through the completion of construction

Work product requires documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, narratives, and other correspondence.

The position requires preparing creative award-winning designs, guiding and engaging support staff, providing quality assurance, and supporting business development needs through proposal preparation and participation in qualification-based interviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum five years of experience or ten years of experience in mechanical systems design
